South of the Border Sazerac

2 ounces Don Julio añejo tequila
½ barspoon agave nectar
1 dash of Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters
1 dash Regans’ orange bitters
Absinthe
Grapefruit twist
Chill a bucket glass with heavy splash of absinthe and crushed ice and set aside. Combine first 4 ingredients in glass shaker, add ice cubes and stir until cold–do not shake. Dump ice and absinthe from bucket glass and strain contents of shaker into it. Garnish with large twist of grapefruit, expelling oil from peel into glass and around rim.
