2 ¼ ounces Bulleit bourbon
¾ ounce amber agave nectar
1 dash Angostura bitters
5–8 muddled blackberries (olallieberries)
¾ ounce passion-fruit puree
Muddle blackberries in old-fashioned glass and add ice. Build the other ingredients in a shaker glass; shake and pour over one ice cube to layer the color. Garnish with 1 blackberry.
